We are a little company created to design, improve, prototype or scale projects. Especially experimental, new or « to be rebooted » projects…
As we worked on more that 200 projects both in the designing, operational or scaling phase, we qualify the company as a projects engine.
We can be useful especially for projects that are « specials » for the initiative launchers, due to a context, specific challenges, stakeholders diversity, strategic issues..
Why Hugobiwan ?
This is my nickname, my avatar name, and finally myself on the internet since year 2000.
And when you launch a company, you’d better have the force with you !
So let’s assume Hugobiwan to launch an enterprise!
Our values
After 30 years as a professional in many aspects of digital transformation, i decided to work in cooperative environments and commons ecosystems. Especially to improve the common good of humanity with « operational commons » : things and knowledge that we can make, learn, share, and that are accessible, reparable and useable by most of the people, BY DESIGN.
Our values are openess, common good, cooperation, accessibility, transparency.
Fablabs and makers movement convinced me that the sense of the projects is a huge booster for the actors, and keeps everything meaningful. That is why Hugobiwan Enterprise is in touch with many entities working on #openhealth and open source hardware in the field of disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, ecology.
Now that the earth is a donut too small for the anthropocene appetite, we like to work with entities convinced of the importance of non-exclusive deliverables and other ways to share and involve.
Our methods
Our methods include without limitations co-design of public actions, especially from territories, research on uses cases, social experimentations (for example with arts and installations), open-source hardware and software prototyping, third places configuration, strategical advices, international and pluri-cultural projects coordination.

Ninjas

During the 20 last years, Hugobiwan met a lot of very interesting people, coders, designers, prototypers, artists…. mainly in the digital field.
These persons are incredibly competents but they don’t like to work in a company. They prefer to be free at home, self organizing or in little groups of « Ninjas », on cool projects.
Hugobiwan Enterprise likes to involve them in professional contracts and to choose the good persons for the good challenges.
In fact, these Ninjas can incredibly solve, boost, or explore challenges, but what Hugobiwan Enterprise can do for your project is to form the good teams and warranty the results.
